queryData Essentials

Return an array of nonprofits summary and rating data based on the filter criteria. The resultSize has a maximum of 5000, but you can iterate over the dataset by supplying the last ein of the previous query as the afterEin property in the next query. See example here

Arguments

resultSize·Int!= 200

Size of result set for pagination (max 5000)

afterEin·String!= ""

Return results starting after this EIN. An empty string starts at the beginning of the dataset.

states·[String!]!= []

Array of 2 character state codes, e.g. ["CA", "NY"]

sizes·[String!]!= []

Charity size (must be capitalized): MICRO, SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and SUPER

ratings·[String!]!= []

Rating number to filter against, from 0-4

c3·Boolean!= false

True for 501(c)3 nonprofits only

alerts·[String!]!= []

Alert levels to filter against. Possible values: "Review Before Proceeding", "Proceed with Caution", "Proceed with Increased Caution", "Giving Not Recommended".

causes·[String!]!= []

Cause names to filter against. For possible values, visit https://taxonomy.candid.org/ and navigate to the "Subject" tab.
